Q. Can I pick my own time and location?
- Absolutely! Your needs are placed first with us and we pride ourselves on our flexibility and ability to provide tutors that suit your needs. Our tutors are available 7 days a week and can meet you in a location of your choice. Most of our clients prefer the convenience of their homes but if you prefer a different location, just let us know.


Q. What subjects do you provide tutoring in? The subject I want is not listed on your website.
- Elite Learning has qualified tutors available for all subjects from JK to Grade 12. We can also provide tutoring services for a variety of University/College level courses. If the subject of your choice is not listed here, send us a note and we will make the necessary arrangements for you.


Q. How does the payment work?
- We provide several prepaid tutoring packages that you can choose from. For all our tutoring services, we ask our clients to prepay by cheque, credit card or electronic money transfer (EMT)


Q. Your tutor and my child/I are not a good fit together. What can be done?
We strongly believe that there needs to be a strong connection between a tutor and student in order to make the most of this arrangement. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the tutor, please Contact Us within 3 days of the session. We will make arrangements for a tutor that better suits your needs and reimburse you for the original lesson.
